• Details you give us: your name, email, and the birth data you provide for a reading (date, exact time, and place of birth).
• Payment information, processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card details.
• Booking and correspondence details when you contact us or book a session.
• Usage data collected through cookies and analytics, such as pages viewed and how you found us.

How we use your information

• To prepare and deliver the reading, map, or service you request.
• To respond to you and manage your booking.
• To send emails you have asked for, such as a starter map or a waitlist you joined.
• To process payments and keep required business records.
• To understand and improve how the site performs.

Our lawful bases

We process your information to perform the service you request (contract), because you have consented (for example, to marketing emails or non-essential cookies), and to meet our legitimate interest in running and improving the business. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Sharing

We never sell your information. We share it only with trusted providers who help us operate, such as our payment processor (Stripe), our client and email platform (Dubsado), and analytics providers (Google Analytics, Meta). Each processes data on our behalf under their own safeguards.
