These terms govern your use of the SoulSpark Astrology website and services, offered by Soul Aligned Ventures International LLC ("SoulSpark," "we," "us"). By using the site or booking a service, you agree to them.
SoulSpark offers astrocartography and locational-astrology readings, maps, private sessions, retreats, and events. Our work is offered for guidance, insight, and reflection. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. See our Disclaimer.
Prices are shown on the site and charged through our payment provider (Stripe). Payment is due at the time of purchase unless we agree otherwise in writing. Prices may change, but changes do not affect a service you have already paid for.
Our readings and maps are delivered digital goods. If a concern comes up with your order, please contact us first at hello@soulsparkastrology.com so we can make it right; you agree to reach out to us rather than raise a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank.
Accurate birth data is essential to your reading, and your exact birth time is required. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide. We cannot be responsible for a reading affected by incorrect information.
Digital readings and maps are delivered within the timeframe noted for each service, by email or through your client portal. For prepared readings, that timeframe begins once we have both your complete, accurate birth details and your payment, so please send everything as early as you can. Delays caused by missing or incorrect information are not our responsibility. Sessions are held at the scheduled time.

Your reading is prepared for your personal use. All site content, designs, and materials remain the property of SoulSpark and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without permission.
Please do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use our content or services unlawfully. We want every working relationship to be a respectful one, so we may decline or end a service, without refund, in the case of abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior.
You agree not to make or publish false or misleading statements that are damaging to SoulSpark, our founder, or our brand. This does not prevent you from sharing your own honest opinion or an accurate review of your experience.
Our services are offered for guidance, insight, and reflection, and are provided on an “as is” basis without guarantees of any particular result or outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoulSpark is not liable for decisions you make based on a reading, or for any indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to a service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States.
Our services are intended for clients aged 18 and over. By booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
These terms, together with any agreement you sign for a specific service and our Privacy Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy, are the entire agreement between us. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows when they last changed.
