Our readings, maps, and services are custom work, prepared individually for you. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled.
Because these are personalized and prepared specifically for you, they are non-refundable once preparation has begun or the work has been delivered. If you need to cancel before we have started, email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
You may reschedule a private session with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed appointments, are non-refundable, as the time was reserved for you. If you are unwell or an emergency arises, contact us and we will find a fair solution.
Retreats and events are bespoke and reserve time, travel, and third-party arrangements in advance. Deposits are non-refundable, and the remaining terms are set out in the agreement for your specific booking.
